SAI STUDENTS MEETING

The meeting began with Omkaram thrice. We discussed the daily schedule of the students. It was decided to have a Sai parayanam session before bhajans daily for 15 minutes based on Swami s life story. It was also decided to add a weekly letter writing and a bi monthly outing to places like nandankanan zoo, science park etc. Sony bhai guided us on dealing with the organisation based on his many years of experience.
It was decided to form the SAI ANANDAM TRUST soon with old students in orissa as the members and to open an account to enable all to make contributions.Till then, contributions can be made into Lala bhais account( shall mail the no. next time).
It was decided to form an advisory commitee consisting of senior members of the organisation to guide us. A monthly/ quarterly report of SAI ANANDAM would be prepared and sent to Bhagawan and State President.
Sony bhai guided us on issues such as health card of the kids and Bal vikas classes. He offered to take care of these aspects.
It was decided that 3pm to 5 pm on every sunday, Sai students shall offer SEVA in SAI ANANDAM. This ranges from organising extra curricular activities , games to cooking a special dinner( we have a 'tasty' cook in bro sai ashish!). So brothers who are planning trips to orissa , keep that slot 3 pm to 5 pm on sundays free.
Sony bhai advised us to just be present there every sunday and give as much love to the little ones as we used to receive from the Divine Mother and our teachers in parthi.
It was decided to spread the word to all our brothers and sisters about the Divine Invitation to all orissa youth to be in Parthi from nov 5th to 9th. one day of the five may be alloted for Sai students. it shall be informed as soon as we get the news. but let us try and make it for all the 5 days and let us spread the word to as many as possible.
After the meeting we spent some time with the little ones and departed amidst their shouts of SAIRAM.
